Reservations and Timing
Reservations are strongly recommended; however, same day appointments may be available. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, get welcome drink & cold towel, and change. Although a credit card number is not required at the time of reservation, but it is highly recommend.

Late Arrival
Please note that late arrival will be subject to time deduction if there is another client’s schedule after yours.

Special Considerations
If you are in need of any specific considerations or medical conditions, please do not hesitate to inform us so we can ensure you of an enjoyable personalized journey.

Valuables
The management accepts no responsibility for any loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into spa premises. However, we do provide a safe deposit for your valuable storages.

Smoking and Alcohol
Smoking and consumption of alcohol are prohibited on the spa premises.

Mobile Telephones
Please understand that our spa environment is to relax all visitors, leave all worries behind for a short break to the rejuvenation. All mobile phones should be switched off in all public areas and are not permitted anywhere in the spa area. 

Environment
At Zensala Spa, we are more than pleased and honor to serve anyone. We do hope everyone will enjoy all our environment and facilities as much as possible. So please take a kind consideration to respect other guests for any disturbance.
